Meet Bill Hitchcock
- Producer and Host

Real Estate: Bill Hitchcock is designated “Broker In Charge” by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for Hitchcock Realty. He has earned “Accredited Buyer’s Representative” status from the Real Estate Buyer’s Council of the National Association of Realtors. “I began buying and selling properties on my own in 1996. By 2005 made real estate my full time career by obtaining my Broker’s license. I am a multi-million dollar producer while representing both buyers and sellers” states Bill. Bill has several decades experience with the North Carolina coastal and marine environment that has given him special expertise in CAMA Rules and regulations, FEMA Flood Zones, Atmospheric and oceanographic conditions, Coastal fishing & boating, Mortgage lending & finance, In depth knowledge of home valuations and Market conditions. Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the NC Association Realtors, The Crystal Coast Association of Realtors and the Neuse River Association of Realtors. Television/Film Production: Bill Hitchcock was involved in the television and film industry for 25 years-Owning his own production company called "Hitchcock Broadcasting" for 17 of those years. His primary duties included creating and producing regional television programs and documentaries, independent producer for networks, federal and state agencies and long form industrial videos and streaming media content for the internet. Bill also served as segment producer for projects affiliated with syndicated television programs. His credits include The Discovery Channel, The History Channel, ESPN, National Geographic, The Outdoor Channel, The Outdoor Life Channel and ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS Networks. Bill’s earlier national cable company work garnered him two National Cable Association’s “Ace Award” and a three time winner of broadcast television’s prestigious, “Addy Award”. Just as comfortable in front of the camera, Bill’s acting resume includes numerous film productions-among them ”Cat’s Eye” and “The Mutilator”. Bill Hitchcock created and produced the only live, daily and syndicated television program of its kind, “Coastal Carolina Fishing”. This daily broadcast gave in-depth coverage of live atmospheric and oceanographic conditions, environmental and political issues, live call-ins and debates, seafood cooking, recreational and commercial fishing. Currently the Executive Producer & Host for the nightly television program, “Crystal Coast Real Estate Television” that aired week nights on Time Warner cable Channel 25. The program is available online at http://www.CrystalCoastRealEatsteTV.com featuring a news style market trends & analysis report. Radio: Currently Bill is the Executive Producer and Host of the half hour radio program, “Saltwater Catch”. This program is broadcasted several times a week on WNBU 94.1FM and streamed online at the Saltwater Catch website.
